Crawl Space Guide

This new Raleigh home inspection found a condensate line not connected and plumbed to the exterior. Instead it allowed condensate to drain into the crawlspace where it would pool up and cause high moisture content, deterioration to the wood framing and could lead to mold growth and poor indoor air quality. Bagel Boss, enter the mold

While making a routine stop at Bagel Boss in Port Washington I saw something gross in the walk-in. On my next stop I had my camera. This is what I saw. Now try not to barf. The workers try and do the right thing and toss out the old and moldy, but the store manager goes dumpster diving to pull the garbage out and put it back into rotation. It was learned that she gets a commission for the sales. The less she needs to spend, the higher the gross and her commission. I have seen containers there that are not Kosher. I thought Bagel Boss was a Kosher place? We have to wonder who is the manager paying off to look the other way.

Bagel Boss Cafe', Re-Enter the mold

While making a routine stop at Bagel Boss in Port Washington, I saw something wrong in the walk-in that made me sick. The next time I was there, I brought my camera. These are the bottles of salad dressing that the workers handle when making salads. Imagine them making your salad or bagel after handling one of those. You should see my first video of the walk-in. When the workers try and do the right thing by tossing out the old and moldy, the manager goes dumpster diving to bring the crap back into the store and blends it in with the fresh. As I understand she gets a commission of the gross profits. The higher the profits, the more commission. The lower the expenses like buying fresh material, the higher the profits and the commission. Gotta wonder who she is paying off to look the other way. I know I would not feed any of that to my worst enemy.
