The community service program enables homes to be remodeled for free to meet the accessibility needs of people who are at least 65 years old or permanently disabled. Coco, abandoned dog, recuperating at new home
Coco is homeless no more. The little brown miniature Pinscher-pug mix, found Monday after being abandoned in subfreezing weather, has already claimed his pillow and seems to fit in with his three doggy siblings at the Judy and Larry Demuth home near New Philadelphia. His paw is in a splint to repair a broken wrist, and he is on medication.
